custom capabilities for existing users

I have about 100 current users - set up 2 custom capabilities for s2member. I am only using 1 level - level 1. I used paypal button to add a new account for custom capability subscription-1. If I edit this new user in wordpress, I can see the values added:

Paid subsr ID = I-0U71Y35MH3TE
Custom value = (my domain name)
custom capability = subscription-1

I want to upgrade to be able to use paypal website pro - but I need to know how to manually set my current 100 users Paid subsr ID - so they will have access to the subscription-1 posts.

I added a user - set the role to 'S2 member level 1' - and set the custom value and the custom capability to be the same as the user created using paypal. What do I use for the Subscr ID?

Can I just pick any unique value? Like uid-0, uid-1, uid-2, etc?
Can I edit all 100 users this way and just make up a subscr ID?
Or is there a certain value or syntax I need to use? Does it need to be like the ID (I-0U71Y35MH3TE) generated by S2member?

Looks like that ID is a paypal ID for the sandbox user - guess I will have to find the paypal IDs for my existing users...
