Accept PayPal or check by mail for membership?
Posted: December 10th, 2010, 10:22 amWe have a website using another membership plugin and have run into a dilema so we are considering a complete change to another membership solution. I have a number of questions but this is probably the most important one:
Can we setup memberships for a one year period and allow people to pay by PayPal and get immediate access to the content or submit their info and have some sort of receipt sent to them so they can mail in payment by check or cash? Once payment is received the account is enabled and login information sent to them like they get when using PayPal?
Does s2 manage the membership cycles or is that setup with PayPal subscriptions? We need the annual subscriptions managed by the membership module, with the option to pay by check or credit card/PayPal.
So a year from now (11.5 months) notices go out automatically it's time to renew and again they can pay by PayPal or send in a check.
