Is s2Member right for this project?

Hello - I have a basic question (I hope) about s2Member. I'm developing a wordpress site for a company that has several representatives in various states. They want to allow general visitors to see all of their products, but they want additional information (specs, pdf downloads, etc.) to appear on those same pages when the rep is logged in. They will need about 4 levels of reps.

I've installed the plugin on my development site and I'm testing various functions. I can see the user level is what I need, but I'm not sire about the page restrictions. Is it possible to restrict various snippets of text/links on a page for different levels? And can it be made so that they only see that text when they login in? What my client doesn't want is for any hint of additional content to appear to the non-logged in visitor.

Also, no transactions will take place, so there is no need for paypal. Based on my reading, it looks like we can set the plugin to "open" and no payment is then required for the registration process. Is this correct?

The final requirement is email capability. Is there a way to send email to a certain user-level? Sort of like a built-in distribution list?

Can someone please let me know if s2Member is capable of handling these requirements. Thank you for your time.
