Customizing Registration page(s)

I have the Pro version, that I am running with Express Checkout.
The Custom fields (Fields we want to have filled out before they pay) are not showing up on the test Join Page:

They only show up on the registration/log in page.
I need to have them fill all out before they register.
Any ideas?
