I want to translate the pop-up window when something is missing or is wrong when register. Like:

This is a required field, please try again.

In what file do I change this?

Does someone know this? As a s2member Pro owner I would appreciate this.

Hi there. That wording could be modified in this file:
/wp-content/plugins/s2member/includes/s2member.js

After you've finished with your modifications, please save the file as:
/wp-content/plugins/s2member/includes/s2member-min.js
