Previously I seen an option in the S2 Member options page that allowed me to create a unique url for someone to sign up for membership without going through Paypal. I can no longer find it, do you know where this option is located?

Could it be this? WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Buttons -> PayPal Member Registration Access Links
