Upgraded to Latest Version-Pro-Module not being recognized

Postby denvert » July 12th, 2011, 8:22 pm

Hi,

I just updated to newest version throught the uploader and it says:

"Your s2Member Pro Module must be updated to v110710+.
Please log in at s2Member.com for access to the latest version.

Or upgrade automatically. Provide your login details for s2Member.com."

Auto upgrade didn't work for this and said to use ftp which i did and now the pro-module is not recognized at all.

thanks

Could you try re-install it following the instructions here? viewtopic.php?f=36&t=247

Same result, not recognizing the pro version and saying I need to upgrade. I also tried deleting the pro module but it still said it needs to be updated.

When you uploaded the s2Member Pro directory, make sure you didn't have an extra directory, i.e. /wp-content/plugins/s2member-pro/s2member-pro/ It should just be /wp-content/plugins/s2member-pro/

Or you could delete the s2Member Pro directory with your FTP client and try to re-upload from the WP Admin area, but don't activate it after the upload is complete, s2Member will activate the Pro add-on automatically if it's there. WP Admin -> s2Member -> Plugins -> Add New -> Upload

I hope that helps.

Folder structure is /wp-content/plugins/s2member-pro/.

I'm not able to auto upgrade, it says:

"Not enough memory. Unzipping s2Member Pro via WordPress® requires 256MB of RAM. Please upgrade via FTP instead.."

When trying.
