How to remove Password Stength Indicator

Hi, I'm new to Wordpress and S2member. What would be the best way to remove the password strength indicator, so it doesn't show? Old people use the website I am building, and they don't like it.

Is there a toggle checkbox I missed, or will I need to edit a plugin file?

I'm sorry, s2Member doesn't have this. I don't know a WordPress setting for it either.

You could remove the custom passwords option and have WordPress generate the password for the user on account creation. WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> Custom Registration Fields/Options -> Allow Custom Passwords during Registration

I hope that helps. :)

is there any way also to stop users being able to change the password?

even with "login lock" plugin a user can change their password to something easy like 'password ' through the "edit profile". I just want wordpress to generate another one for them if they lose it, but redirecting them to the lost password page

No, s2Member doesn't do that. Maybe you can try a plugin like https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/fo ... passwords/ or ask its developer for other features you need?
