Passwords are not being sent out to new users!

Posted: July 24th, 2011, 11:52 amFirst off, I would see if it is a plugin conflict with another plugin(s). Next I would check your setting under General Options > Email Configuration and see what that told you. That's where I would start. Is this after payment or open registration? Are you using the pro version?

It is not a plugin conflict.
Under email config my options are set to "Yes ( customize new user email with s2member)
I am using free version.
