In the past 24 hours two newly enrolled members have reported seeing this error when trying to download my protected mp3 files:
"an internal error occurred in Microsoft Internal Extension unable to download."
Looking on the web it seems like some type or error with their MS operating system or Internet Explorer. I have no idea how to help. When the person switches to Google Chrome and tries to download all is well. That's the only solution that I have right know.
Has anyone else experienced this?
