Trial Shortcode post arent working! Please help!

Please help!!

The trial shortcode data does not seem to be working...

I've using the above code which should give the user a free 1 day trial but its not working at all. Its charging his card straight away - please advise !

I'm not sure what the problem is, but I would redo the button, and make sure that I'm putting the price in the blue box (in my attachment below) instead of the red box (again below), I found myself doing that at first and had to redo buttons.

Also, try enabling Sand Box testing under s2Member -> PayPal Options -> PayPal® Account Details so that you can test it first.

Just a quick note, its isnt PP buttons I'm using its the forms themselves...

ie

[s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form level="1" ...etc

That's weird.

Could you please post the shortcode you're using for the form?

With logging enabled WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> Account Details -> Enable Logging Routines, s2Member will log things and you'll find them here /wp-content/plugins/s2member-logs/ with your FTP client.

Please post the entries related to your problem, x'ing out any private information.
