Login Redirection issues

Found a few posts with this topic but nothing quite the same as my problem

I'm working with a multi-site network and allowing open registration.

I have 10 levels
I have designated a login welcome page

Logging in from: domain.com/wp-login.php

Most levels, 0, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 redirect to the welcome page just fine after logging in.
Some levels, 1, 2, 3, 4, result in the following behavior:

- screen goes completely blank
- url stays as wp-login.php
- deleting the wp-login.php (www.url.com) results in viewing the home page just fine, logged in as that user. Navigating to the welcome page at this point results in no problems.

Thanks in advance

Thanks for reporting this important issue.

Can you please provide us with the following details:

- Version of WordPress
- Version of s2Member
- Version of s2Member Pro
- The theme that you're using.
- A list of of other plugins that you're running.

I'll take a closer look once I have those details. Also, you indicated that you're seeing a blank screen. That is often associated with a PHP error which is not being printed to the screen, but you should have a PHP log file that includes details about the error that occurred. If you have access to that, please include that as well.

Hi Jason, thanks for your continued support.

The php error log is silent on this one.

I'm running WordPress 3.2.1 (latest) in Multisite mode.

The theme is a customized child of a framework style theme called suffusion.

Plugins:

Admin Bar Disabler
Admin Menu Editor
Author Avatars List
Avatars
cforms
CMS Tree Page View
Custom Field Template
Dynamic Subpages
Email Login
Exec-PHP
Multisite User Management
My Sites Shortcode
s2Member
Show authors without posts
Sociable for WordPress 3.0
Social Media Widget
uCan Post
User Role Editor
WordPress Database Backup
WP PHP widget
WP Show IDs

I'd be happy to PM or email login info upon request.

Thanks for the follow-up, much appreciated.

OK. Hmm. This sounds like it could be an issue where another plugin is conflicting with s2Member in some way. I wish we could see what's actually happening. Is it possible that your Apache web server is logging errors of this? If not, I suppose the next step in debugging would be for you to eliminate one other plugin at a time until this problem goes away. At least that way we can narrow down your list and take a look at a specific plugin combination.

I'm leaving this thread open. I'll be happy to assist you in troubleshooting this problem if you can help me out some by narrowing down the conflict to one or two plugins. You might even try installing a fresh copy of WordPress/s2Member and add one of these other plugins at a time until the problem can be reproduced.
