Is there a shortcode for a standalone registration login?

With s2Member Pro you have the free registration pro-form. WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Pro-Forms -> Free Registration

For login, also with s2Member Pro, there's the pro login widget. WP Admin -> s2Member -> API / Scripting -> Pro Login Widget via PHP
