We have S2 and Buddy press installed. Not all the tabs work under MY ACCOUNT. The Profile, Messages, Friends, and Settings Tabs all return an Error 404 - Page Note Found Message.
Any suggestions

It's caused by the Permalink structure. You'll have to play around with it.
