Again, I'm requesting help here on how to automate renewal of membership using s2member? Does s2member supports automatic renewal?

That's default. Dashboard -> PayPal Options -> Automatic EOT Behavior

Okay so does this mean that after one month, they get notified that they need to renew their membership??? Does s2member notifies this?

When you click Yes (default, automatically extend EOT Time), does it mean automatic renewal? Hope you can clarify further.

No, that setting determines what happens with the paid time they have left from before, does the time left start counting from zero with the new buy-now purchase or does it add to the time that was left.
