PriMoThemes — now s2Member® (official notice)
This is now a very OLD forum system. It's in READ-ONLY mode.
All community interaction now occurs at WP Sharks™. See: new forums @ WP Sharks™
In my tests, I was unable to reproduce this bug. So, I suspect this has something to do with a plugin conflict on your installation. What other plugins are you running in concert with s2Member? Anything that modifies registration, names, emails, or otherwise intercepts registration data? Please give us a full list and we'll try to help you out.reallysimpleseo wrote:Hi there,
I have just moved to the pro version and have set up a free reg form at: http://www.reallysimpleseo.com/members/free. It all works really well, but I notice that the First & Last names are not coming through to the User records in Wordpress. Any ideas why?
Also a less issues, but still of concern is related to the password. The second box seems to be in a larger format which makes some people think it is a mismatch, when it's not. http://reallysimpleseo.com/ads/password-mismatch.jpg
Many thanks in advance.

The difference in size between the password input fields must be caused by your website's styles. I tried the form in a new WP with s2Member and they are the same size.

Can you send me a screenshot of the following please?
- Your list of Users.
- Your [Screen Options] ( upper right-hand corner ) on the list of Users.
- Your s2Member -> General Options -> Custom Registration Fields -> Collect First/Last Names.
Also, in the mean time, you might take a look at this thread regarding W3 Total Cache:

OK. Thanks. So this is another case where W3 Total Cache is failing to pull updated information from it's database object cache. Also reported here: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=14174&p=29558#p28889reallysimpleseo wrote:Just tested it with Total Cache disabled and the first and last names now appear in the list. So it looks like that is causing the problem.
