Now that I've upgraded to the S2Member Pro I need a deep dive into setting up my site with Authorize.net. Is there a support video for this?

No, no video for that part yet. But the panels where you set it up have the instructions you'd need to follow. WP Admin -> s2Member -> Auth.Net Options
