UUGH! I Need Help Quick! Internal Server Error

I have a real problem, and I haven't got any idea how to fix it!!! Can someone help?

Everything was fine before upgrading to recent WP annd S2Member versions. Now my paying members get this message when they try to log in:

I just upgraded to WP version 3.0.4

and I also just upgraded to the new S2Member.

But now, my paying members can't log in and they the complaints are coming in! Please help.
