Level 1 and Level 2 missing

OK... after the latest upgrade.. my Level 1 and Level 2 are missing from the users.

The current users of those levels now have "none" beside them under Role. Level 1 and 2 are no longer showing up as options anywere.... they are configured correctly in the configuration options...

Help! Please.

Do you have Deactivation Safeguards enabled? WP Admin -> s2Member -> General Options -> Deactivation Safeguards

What is your auto EOT behavior set to? WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> Automatic EOT Behavior

What versions of WordPress and s2Member do you have?

Yes, I have Deactivation Safeguards activated.

EOT is set to "No" (disable the Auto-EOT System)

Using Wordpress 3.2.1

Using S2Member 110815

Those Levels (Level 1 and Level 2) are not even available in the drop down on the users page anymore....

Could you show me screenshots of the places where Levels 1 and 2 are not available any more? (e.g. user profile's role dropdown, s2Member access restriction panels)

Yeah, something seems to have changed your WordPress roles and removed those s2Member levels, for some weird reason.

Do you have s2Member Pro?

No, I do not have S2Member Pro... would it make a difference?

I was asking because s2Member Pro has export/import tools that'd let you back up your s2Member settings and WordPress users, so you reinstall your wordpress and s2Member and then import the settings and users again. Since you don't, you can try putting your missing roles back into the existing installation.

You can install a separate WordPress with the User Role Editor plugin to look at how the s2Member levels 1 and 2 are defined, and then create them in your current WP where they're missing. https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/user-role-editor/
