Mis-Direction of Payment buttons

Hi,
I am currently in the process of applying the PayPal buttons.
On the stage after I define the payment buttons (embed the codes from paypal in s2member and vice versa) - when I go to preview of the pages - the link of the buttons somehow directs to the Sandbox, instead of to the proper payment (real life) procedure.
This is although all the places to mark and check by me - all on "no" for sandbox.
It is also disturbing, since I haven't registered for a sandbox service yet.
Could you please direct how to solve this properly ?
Have a nice day
(I can add screenshots to help, but since there's no privacy here - is there a secure email address to send to ?)

sorry, dont know about that one.
Do you know if we can use theme provided buttons to work with S2. I am using the Optimize Press theme and want to use their buttons instead of the defalut S2 butttons. Do you know if the system will recognize these links?

infocellar, are you using s2Member or PayPal generated buttons? Do you have the Sandbox setting off? Wp Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> Account Details -> Developer/Sandbox Testing

Yes, you can use your own images for the button generated by s2Member.
WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Buttons -> Shortcode Attributes -> image

Hi,
We used s2member's video guide to go step-by-step in organizing our site with this plug-in (we had previous PayPal buttons in use when we decided to start using s2membr, but followed s2member directions to the letter. I believe the plug-in took care of changing any previous settings).
In any case, all Sandbox options are set on "Off", and we re-checked to make sure.

Thanks. Hmm... Could you post the shortcode and full code the generator gives you for one of the buttons that have this sandbox problem? WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Buttons

Gladly, yet if I understand correctly - whatever I put here is open for all to see. Is there a secure "to your eyes only" emil address ?

Hi Cristian, I've sent the screenshots several days ago, but received no reply yet.
Could you please refer to it, since we are about to give up on s2Member by now

Got the screenshots, thanks. I see that you have Sandbox off.
I see you have logging enabled, good. Could you send me the log entries for the transactions that send you to the Sandbox, please? x'ing out any private info, of course. /wp-content/plugins/s2member-logs/
