Multiple Payment Options for a Level in One Form

First, I want to say that this product is fantastic.

I believe this was answered in this thread but I want to confirm it's the same for the Pro version.

I am looking to create a payment form that has a dropdown / radio button list to choose between paying for a year up front, quarterly and monthly for one level. Is this possible with the Pro version? Any direction on custom coding this in?

Is the only real option for this to create a page that lists the options and a "Next button" that redirects to the correct payment option?

Any help is appreciated.

I'm afraid the answer is the same as in that thread. We're looking at how to improve this, but so far any way to have several payment plans will be up to your customization, I'm afraid.

Hopefully we'll be able to add something soon, but no date for it yet.
