International Clients

I have a prospect in Australia who wants to sign up for my website through s2member for a monthly membership and they claim that they are unable to?

Do I have to do something special to support international clients with my s2member setup / PayPal?

That is a PayPal problem.

Did you try looking through PayPal's support area or searching the web for other people having trouble receiving payments through PayPal from Australia?

It's probable you'll find the reason there and perhaps a solution too. Or maybe you'll find that there shouldn't be a problem at all and you can answer that customer with confidence and help him sort out the difficulty he's having. :)
