s2member Pro with support options?

Hi there,

I was considering to buy s2member Pro for a 10,000 member site but I am unsure now about getting any support after placing a rather simple question here about the free version, which seems to be crucial for getting s2member to run properly with my specifications.

Is there any support provided with the Pro version? It would help in my decision, to know at least, if s2member may be not the right solution for my purpose...

Hello Eliza.

We give support for both, free and pro, versions daily. You can see in the forum that there's a lot of activity. I'm sorry your other thread fell through a gap or something.

I just went and looked for it and read it, it's not really an s2Member problem. I'm going to leave a reply there now. viewtopic.php?f=4&t=14717
