Problems accessing my website from certain IP addresses

Hi,
I have S2 Member installed, very happy with it.
I'm working from home and can access my site fine, but my colleagues in the office are all blocked. The browswers just give the "can't find this site" error.
Someone tried it on her cellphone and it worked fine, so the obvious problem is that S2Member is blocking the office's IP address.
I've reset the "Brute force log-in restrictions" to 100 attempts, reset the brute force log, and saved all changes. I was pretty sure that would fix it, but no...
Anyone got any suggestions as to what I should do next?

UPDATE:
I've worked out that it is NOT in fact S2 member causing the problem, as I have other WP installations in subdomains (with no plugin) which are also unaccessible.
I tried using a proxy server to access my site, and that works fine, so I guess it must be something to do with my hosting... I've submitted a ticket.

Thanks for the update, Daniel. I hope they help you solve it soon.
And thanks for the kudos! I'm very glad you're happy with s2Member.

I had a similar problem on my computer, not being able to access my Wordpress Admin area. It turned out that Hostgator could not even fix it for me. I determined it was the latest Microsoft update that I had to make on my computer before I could access my site's Admin area successfully.
So maybe have your work colleagues check their computers and see if they have made the updates on their desktops yet. The 31st of Aug was about the same time I had my problem.

Thanks for the suggestion. What happened was: I wrote to godaddy.com customer support, who replied saying that in no way could the server have been the problem, impossible, and that it must have been my ISP blocking access to the site (like it was a porno site, or we were in China, or something - it's not, we're not). I found this to be an incredibly unhelpful reply, no explanation even as to why it was impossible, and I also found the idea that my ISP would block our little blog to be ludicrous.
30 minutes after the reply from godaddy.com, the problem went away - full access was restored from that IP address.
I make no further comment. You can draw your own conclusions.
