How can I get a refund for my purchase of s2member Pro?

The site was designed for a client and really all I needed the Pro version for was for the extra reporting features. But after using it I can pull similar reports with other plugins so I do not need this one. I know it has other features as well, but we will not be using any of those for the time. What can I do to receive a refund?
