Looking for Developer to help with Client Portal set up

When new subscriber login after getting through registration process he directed to certain standard page. s2Member allows to redirect each member to his own page ( using replacement codes like /%%current_user_login%% in Login Welcome Page settings ). Unfortunately in this case this individual members page supposed to exist ( created automatically ). At the moment it is done manually but need to be done automatically.
