Entering Customer's credit cards directly

We have over 50 credit cards collected on sheets of paper from customers at a recent workshop. PayPal will not allow us to enter that credit card information from a link generated in S2. Is there a way to enter the cc info through paypal virtual terminal and then tie that back to S2 membership.

Are there any other alternatives other than emailing people a button to register?

You could click the button yourself and checkout as if you were the customer.

Thank you for your suggestion. We tried entering the ourselves and PayPal blocked us after 3. I talked to PP and said it could not be done and if I continued it would be flagged as fradulant activity.

I see.

If you have another way to charge the customers and get their subscriber ID with PayPal, then you can enter those values for each when you create their accounts in WordPress. WP Admin -> Users -> All -> Edit user -> Gateway and Subscr. ID

If they are Buy Now purchases instead of subscriptions, you can also enter an End Of Term (EOT) time with the format yyyy-mm-dd.

If you have s2Member Pro, you can use the Import tool to create their accounts in bulk. WP Admin -> s2Member -> Import/Export -> Users

I hope that helps. :)

We are doing a recurring billing/monthly payment. This is unique in that it creates a recurring instance in the user's paypal account. I'm not sure if that can be done manually, but do know that is critical for the registration process. What are your thoughts?

I don't know how you can start the subscriptions for each... You mentioned a virtual terminal earlier as a way, but I don't know about that.

If you can't start the subscriptions yourself, the best approach may be to contact your clients with the subscription link in the email, asking them to pay themselves. WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Buttons -> Shortcode Attributes -> output -> URL
