This is the error I get everytime I upload my ccap with dripping into functions.php or s2-hack.php (in the mu-plugins folder) for a single second my website worked with it uploaded, but within a few moments the website went sluggish and then stopped responding. the minute I delete the file, the website returns to fast and smooth operation. any ideas on what could cause this?

Not really, but please follow the thread where we were discussing that hack you mention. Jason should reply there soon to keep helping that user and the solution may help you too.
