Tracking with Google Analytics Plugin

Great plugin folks !
We have been using s2member for a while now and recently installed the Google Analytics Plugin (by Joost de Valk). They have worked just fine together, only problem is, we cannot track paid conversions (via paypal) when a user is logged in as a free (level 0) user. We have set up the tracking code and the login welcome page which were working OK before we installed the analytics plugin, but now they are not. We really like both these plugins and want to continue using them together, can anyone suggest what the problem is or share an experience you may have had with the same scenario. What do you mean exactly when you say now they are not working?
