Restrictions- Categories ID number? What's that?

Hi,
I am setting restrictions, but it's asking me to enter categories numbers. Where do I get that? My Categories have names, and I don't see numbers anywhere.

You can see the ID hovering over the link to edit the category, for example. WP Admin -> Posts -> Categories

This plugin makes it easy to see the IDs, though. https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-show-ids/
