New Signups don't get the second email after PP

Hello All first post here! Thanks for making this plugin I really appreciate all of your hard work.
So I think I've set up things correctly but I'm having an issue with the emails coming thru correctly.
I had tested it with my PayPal account and got both the payment confirmed email from PayPal and the new member signup link. However his only worked for myself the others attempting to signup completed the process thru PayPal (verified this thru the PP acct) but they say they did not get the second email.
I did some reading this morning and found the log files they seem to indicate the users had the email sent to them... I'm wondering where to turn now. Any help is most gladly appreciated
