Paid members never signed up: what to do?

Hi
I have confirmation that 3 members have paid for a membership on my new site. It is S2Member Pro.

So, it seems they did not respond to the email that s2Member Pro would have sent.

What can I send them to get them to complete the signup process correctly? Of course their user record needs to be connected to their PayPal transaction.

Are you using buttons or pro-forms? Did they attempt to register an account or not? If buttons, were they taken back to the website after the checkout?

Do you have logs of their transactions to make sure things went well? WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> Account Details -> Enable Logging

Hi Cristian -
I am using PayPal buttons generated by S2Member Pro.

I am guessing they were not taken back to the website - or if they were, they didn't know what to do.

I will turn logging on - thanks I didn't understand that feature. Now I get it better.

Cool. When you have logged a transaction with the problem, feel free to post the related entries x'ing out any private info.
