Limit Plugin Usage Based On Membership Level

I started a Multisite Wordpress site with S2Member as my main plugin (plan to get PRO if I can get it to work the way I want it). I am using Wordpress 3.2.1. The the newest s2member update.

I setup my site to allow my users to start their own blog. Is there anyway I can hide certain plugins from my Free Members while showing and letting my Paying Members use them? I know s2Member can call upon member levels for posts/pages etc,. But can it hide plugins from the list in their blog dashboard based on their membership level?

I need to do the same, but not for a multi-site. Just a single WP site. I looked at the plugins suggested, but they are all for a multi-site. I want to disable a Shopping Cart widget for free members.

Thanks
Jack

I just found the plugin "Dynamic Widgets" that let's me disable the cart from free subscribers! Really simple to use.
