Please help rescue user database!

I have moved my site to a new hosting provider, and switched nameserver to the new host. The site is ok after a couple of tweaks but I appear to have lost all of my user information.

I still have access to the old Cpanel. Can anyone tell me how to salvage my user logins / passwords / reg dates from the old site?

Can you go into your phpmyadmin on your new server, and look at the users table in the wordpress directory? If it's empty you'll need to import the old one to the database. If you have s2Member Pro this is really easy, just go to Dashboard -> s2Member -> Import/Export , and you can export and import it there, if you can access the old WordPress directory. Otherwise, you'll have to export it via phpmyadmin itself, which is rather hard, since you have to drop the new databases, and replace them with the old ones.

Wish you luck!

If you have s2Member Pro, you can export the users and options, and then re-import them in the new installation. WP Admin -> s2Member -> Import/Export
