I'm trying to use some power of s2member in my own plugin which allows to use some specific payment options. Idea is to use s2member for subscription levels, EOT and etc.

Are there any functions in s2member API or code which i can use to change subscriber level and timing? So i can avoid editing s2member's values in usermeta by myself.
