notification email after signup

I purchase a silver plan for testing but have not received any notification email to register for my membership and 2 free blogs that i have set up with the siver membership...

I have went through all the setting , doubled checked pay pay ectt... the payment went through but no email yet except for a receipt.. Very frustrating

I do receive all other emails from contact forms and stuff through WP...

Any help would be appreciated

ps... this was working with the free signup... but when i switched settings to no free registration and used paypal to purchase membershipit did not work

Could you please post, x'ing out any private info, the log entries related to the transaction that had this problem? WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> Account Details -> Enable Logging

here are the files... the one says something about not creating members because it could over ride admin id... i logged out before trying to purchase and use a cc on check out with different email address then my admin... not sure how it knows id before it even sends me a registration form.. thanks

Thanks for the log. Could you please post the other log files x'ing out any private info?

About the admin thing, if you're logged in, s2Member passes that info when clicking the order button so it can upgrade the account after payment. Since you're the admin, s2Member doesn't touch the account to avoid changing it.

When you paid logged out, how did it go?

which other logs are you referring too.. do you see anything going on with the logs above?? the same happens when i am logged out... no email to register after paying..

Not sure if it has anything to do with this but if i try testing with Paypal using my own account, it never works. As an admin, it will not do anything at all, whether it is with Paypal account, or eve a CC that i have associated with PP. I always have to either ask hubby to use his card, or a friend. When i test, i manually change the amount to $1 on the button, so it wont cost too much for whoever is helping out. Just remember to set it back to the real amount!

I see, thank you very much, that was my next step... i thought it might be recognizing the cc on file to PP... I will try wife's card... thanks bunch ... will keep posted.... ps do you have teh s2 pro or regular.. i was going to buy the pro... but cant seem to find quick support unless there is another forum or contact for that... its a little slow here to get something answered..

I have the Pro version but used the regular for a while. The answers in this forum are usually a bit faster. I think Cristian and Jason have been overworked lately :)

Yeah, we have, yet I do come daily to reply as many questions as I can. I try to answer within the day, sorry if I haven't and took a bit longer.

By other logs I meant the paypal-rpn and paypal-ipn logs, you just posted the paypal-api one. I'll be waiting for the related entries from those. Remember to x out any private info from them before posting.
