I have over 100 pages of content that is getting indexed by the Search Engines. My concern is that when a page link is clicked on, the user is redirected to the member options page until they sign up. Will this affect my listings with the Search Engines since the user will not land on the page listed?

Only the pages that are open to the general visitor will be indexed by Google. Any protected page will send the visitor, Google included, to the Membership Options page. So there shouldn't be results in Google that would send someone to the Membership Options.
