Customers are getting:

503: Service Temporarily Unavailable
Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area!
Pleaes contact Support if you need assistance.

any ideas out there? Could this be caused by the Unique IP Access Restrictions?

I believe it is caused by the Unique IP Access Restrictions.

Yes, I'd reset that and probably raise the limit. WP Admin -> s2Member -> Restriction Options -> Unique IPs

I have changed it to 10 IP addresses per member. Fingers crossed...
