I found some other threads on this forum about using s2Member's Download Restriction feature to stream content via JW Player. It's unclear whether it's possible to do this with video content hosted at Amazon S3. Does anyone know if that works (streaming protected content from S3 via JW Player through s2Member)?

You can use JW Player with Amazon S3 via s2Member, yes. WP Admin -> s2Member -> Download Options -> JW Player
