does upgrading from free to paid member upgrade AWEBER lists

I have 2 aweber lists - "basic" and "premium", and the 2 are in the api settings in s2member.
The question is, if one basic member upgrades to premium via a upgrade button, will their e-mail list be upgraded automatically as well?

It does allow this, yes. Visit S2member API/List servers and then look for the dropdown that says "Automate Un-subscribe/opt outs. You can configure the options from that panel
