The link you have used to enter the PayPal system is invalid

I am in sandbox mode and whenever I create a buy now button it works fine the order completes. When I make any kind of subscription button, recurring or not, it goes to a different PayPal checkout\log in page completely and after logging in I get the error "The link you have used to enter the PayPal system is invalid. Please review the link and try again." Is it supposed to go to different log in screens for the different buttons? Could you please give me some advice to debug it?

Hi Chris. Could you post screenshots of the pages you're shown depending on the button you used, as well as the error? Also, please post the shortcode for the button that gave you the error over at Paypal. Thanks!

All buttons are modification buttons to go from level 0 to level 1

Here is one of my working buy now buttons. All buy now buttons work.
[s2Member-PayPal-Button modify="1" level="1" ccaps="" desc="Description and pricing details here." ps="paypal" lc="" cc="USD" dg="0" ns="1" custom="xxxx.xxxx.com" ta="0" tp="0" tt="D" ra="20.00" rp="6" rt="M" rr="BN" rrt="" rra="1" image="default" output="button" /]

Here is one of the subscription buttons. No subscription buttons work

[s2Member-PayPal-Button modify="1" level="1" ccaps="class" desc="Online Class" ps="paypal" lc="" cc="USD" dg="0" ns="1" custom="xxxx.xxxx.com" ta="0" tp="0" tt="D" ra="300" rp="1" rt="Y" rr="0" rrt="" rra="1" image="default" output="button" /]

Thanks for the screenshots. I'm emailing Jason about this.

Thanks for the heads up on this thread.

Unfortunately, the PayPal Sandbox is under constant development, and thus, you are likely to see errors like this from time to time as they make changes/improvements to their system. I would try your test against a live account. If the problem continues, let's take a look at the page where your PayPal Button is presented ( please post a link if you can ), and we'll take a closer look. Your Shortcode looks good, so I suspect this is a Sandbox issue only.

Also, try clearing your browser's cache/temp files, and cookies as well. I've also seen weird things like this happen whenever you log in and out of both live/Sandbox accounts at PayPal. They seem to have some conflicts in the way cookies are stored in these two environments. This cookie issue/conflict between live and Sandbox accounts has been reported multiple times to PayPal, but it still lingers under the right circumstance it seems.

Thanks Jason. I haven't completed the full order but I got passed my error after using live credentials. I take it the buy now buttons just always go to that second log in screen above and the other subscriptions go to the first?
