Can Coupons be set to Single-Use?

Im interested in importing a large list of active coupon codes - but would need to only allow each code to be used one single time (only one user can redeem each code)
(Currently in eSellerate carts i have settings such as single use, or 1 per email addy as well as coupons that can only be used by the email addy they were issued to)

Is any of this possible?

Not the way they work at the moment in s2Member. You can limit them by time, but not number of uses yet.
