Hi,

I am having an issue with the button generator. When I create it and I use the shortcode, everything is fine. However, when I use the html code instead of the shortcode and when I click "add to cart" - I get brought to an error page on paypal which says

"The seller accepts encrypted website payments only. You cannot pay the seller through un-encrypted buttons. Please contact your seller for more details."

If the shortcode is producing exactly what the html code being generated is, why am I getting this error? Could someone help me?

With the "HTML code" you mean the long code that s2Member gives you right below the shortcode?

Are you posting it in the "HTML Editor" or the "Visual Editor"?
Since it's some HTML you have to put it on the HTML editor or it will corrupt the code.

PS. The shortcode can be posted on both.

I am usin the HTML code to paste on a page I am creating. I am very sure if I know whether I'm using the visual or HTML editor

once you paste the code on the "HTML Editor" do you go back to the "Visual Editor"?
If you do that well maybe that's the problem.
