Conditionals with Pages instead of posts

I was looking at the conditionals video where every member would be level 1 which is masking my multiple products. I am also using a particular theme (Optimizepress) which does not support posts, but rather pages. I was hoping I could take all of my pages for say product 1, and tag or add to a category of Product 1 for the conditionals. But pages do not support tags or categories. Is there another way to skin this cat?
