Can't access options

I am having a little issue. I am trying to change some options on my S2Member setup, but not matter which options page I try to access, I get this screen: http://screencast.com/t/CmJv3iVhI. This example is from the options page for s2Member® API / List Servers, but happens regardless of the options page I try to access.

I am running the latest version s2member Pro, so not sure what might be the issue.

Have you installed anything recently (like a plugin or something along those lines)? If so then try disabling it.

I wish I could say I knew how to fix that issue, but I am at a loss.

I don't think it is the s2member plugin at the moment. Currently, users cannot login to the site, so it must be something else. I'll keep looking and post an update back here when I uncover the problem.

Eduan, what you pointed out in your screenshot doesn't look wrong, but well done for looking that close to find the problem. :)

I'm not sure what the problem is, either. Jeffrey, could you try, as Eduan suggested earlier, to deactivate other plugins? I'd also change to the default theme as a test to see if that solves it.

Thanks, Christian. Yes, I've tried deactivating the plugins and changing theme, but to no avail. Like I mentioned, users cannot login and wp-admin pages don't refresh after updating, so there is a larger issue at play here. As soon as I discover anything, I will post back with an update. Thanks for your help!
