S2member-o.php error

Hi!
I don't have experience in PHP development and I have this pesky error in s2member plugin's php file. When my website's loading in IE 8, it says in the status bar "Done, but with errors on page". Upon clicking the icon, I see there's an error in s2member-o.php line 1 char 1.
When I go to the plugin editor and find the file, it says it is inactive. Why might that be?
Please help!
Thank you!

Does it happen also in Firefox, Opera, K-Meleon etc. Or only on Internet Explorer?

Thanks for reporting this important issue.I believe this issue has been corrected in the latest release of s2Member v111017+.
Please test this in the latest release, and if problems persist, report back and we'll be happy to have a closer look for you. See changelog here:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/s2member/changelog(s2Member/s2Member Pro) Bug fix. Edge case identified where the /s2member-o.php file was failing to fallback on full WordPress®. Fixed in this release.

I've been unable to reproduce this so far. If possible, can you please submit this form? We'll run diagnostics on your installation, and provide you with a solution.

Investigation completed.OK. This doesn't seem to be related at all to the /s2member-o.php file in my tests. Your s2Member JavaScript/CSS libraries are loading properly in the appropriate section of your site. I did encounter this error when testing in IE8 though. Unrelated to s2Member, but thought you might want to have a look.
