Licence Levels

I am sorry if this has already been asked, but I searched around a bit and could not find the answer.

I am a developer/designer and I very much enjoy using the s2member plugin and use it for most of the sites I have built in the last year. I am not doing a site that is requesting PayPal Pro integration and I am of course turning to s2member Pro.

The question I have is, I only want to buy the single site licence at the moment, but if I decide to get the developer licence (probable) can I upgrade licence levels or will I have to buy the developer package also (thus costing the $69 AND the $129...or actually the $149 because why not).

Also, on the same token, I have a client who is considering a multi-site farm and if I get the developer package, can I upgrade to the MS licence (I have not looked close at that licence level yet as I don't think this client is all that serious about the network idea).

Again, sorry if this has already been asked.

I don't think it's possible normally, but I'm sure that if you help in the forums and ask Jason he would be more than reasonable. :)

Thank you for the quick response.

Is there a way to contact Jason other than waiting on the forum. I don't mean to be pushy, but I am on a deadline and need to be sure how this will work before I layout the money.

I will probably still go with s2Memeber Pro, but if I cannot upgrade later to a Dev package, I need to know for certain before I proceed.

You could use the form here if you can't wait:

Hope this helps. :)
P.S. Remember to report back. ;)

HA...I was looking for that link and must have been completely blind!

Awesome-sauce. Turns out I have a few days more than I thought, but I will get in touch if I haven't heard back in a couple of days.

Thank you, I will be happy to report back.

Ok, I hate to be "that guy", but I am bumping this because I still don't have an "official" answer and I noticed that official personnel have responded to many inquiries since I posted this one.

Please let me know what the "official" answer here is if you get a chance.

Thanks.

Hi Jareth. Thanks for the kudos!

Yes, you can upgrade your license later paying just the difference. In your account page you'll see a link to the form for this. And if you don't find it, let us know and we'll give you the link to it. :)
