s2Member & SMTP

I am using the s2member Version: 110915

Also have plugin WP-Mail-SMTP installed ,

Does it mean s2member e-mails will use SMTP as well ? (Password e-mail , after registration e-mail , lost password etc) or I have to edit the files ?

I think many other would love to know that as well .

Based on the description of the WP-Mail-SMTP plugin, it shouldn't cause any problems, as it's just adding another feature, and not erasing anything.


I'm pretty sure any mail that is sent has to use SMTP, and you should not have to edit the files.

Did a quick test... looks fine to me.
