Registration mail not being sent

Hello,
I have quite some limited technical skills, but I love S2 member and Pro. I have created a product in clickbank and when I test this, there is not registration mail being sent (this means that my clients are not able to register and access the content they are buying).
I do not know where the problem is. the full process with click bank is running fine, and all the IPN and other settings are working, but no email sent to allow people to register.

Can you help me?

Also, as a workaround, I would be glad to add the registration link in the "Thank you" Page. Can I do this? There is a big recommendation on the settings not to do this.

I just had the ISP checking my site and the settings, and everything seems to work fine. I am not sure where to look anymore, and I am officially launching my product with a radio show today.

Please, I would need assistance on this. I launched the show for respect for my listeners and my guest, and now, I need to get this working... thanks for understanding.

Hello, This is quite Urgent. I would love to have some guidance here. I am looking at the other posts, and I cannot find how to fix this one. It could be to do with wp_mail() and neither options (select the WP default of the S2 members) seems to work!

Are you using any plugin that affects wp_mail()?
Could you please post a list of plugins?

I am using 2 plugins in addition to s2member and s2member Pro
- Use Google Libraries
- wp_mail_SMTP

The wp_mail_SMTP, I am only trying a workaround. It is set to use wp_mail and not SMTP, I am just trying to find a solution.
Another interesting aspect is that I added a user manually, and the administrator received an e-mail and not the user. I am wondering if there is something there.

Also, please remember that emails will NOT be processed by s2Member if your Payment Gateway integration is incomplete in some way. It's always a good idea to enable s2Member's Logging/Debugging routines so you can see the communication that occurs behind-the-scene. s2Member's log files will tell you when, and to whom, email messages were sent to. For instance, with PayPal, check your Dashboard here:
s2Member -> PayPal Options -> Account Details -> Logging/Debugging
