How can I add a person to my program as a "paid subscription" without them having to pay for it? I have someone who I would like to try my system out as a beta tester, and I want them to have access to all the content, but I'm not charging them for it.

Try going to WP Admin -> Users -> Add New. You should find everything there.

But I need a member added to my s2Member account, so they can access my membership site.

They will be added to the s2Member members, you can even specify what level of s2Member they are.

You can also use under WP Admin -> s2Member -> Add A Member.
